The client wanted to measure the success of his customers focus after major changes in business profile and strategy. About 60,000 people were contacted in 21 countries via online questionnaire. With a participation rate of about 10%, the results were evaluated and processed completely by confluentes. Within the study, all areas from product and customer services to events and web-based support were analysed. confluentes has supported both, drafting the questionnaire, as well as in-house programming of the analysis in SPSS and Excel and the complete processing of the 22 reports in about 2100 PowerPoint slides for all subsidiaries.

The customer analysed this survey for the 2nd time and has seen the benefits of his changes in sales and web-based services. There were many countries with very specific improvements to customer loyalty and it ultimately resulted sales increase.
