Misinterpretation of facts and deceptionIf requested, the actual background and context of the request must be truthfully presented to the dialog partners who are contacted as part of a consulting project. Dialog partners must not be deceived by false, erroneous or inaccurate representations and statements about their own identity or intentions.
Compliance with all applicable lawsThere are country-specific data protection laws that lead to restrictions when evaluating data. For example, telephone calls or competition-sensitive data may not be recorded under any circumstances. Compliance with all applicable laws must always be taken into account and guaranteed.
Breach of confidentiality agreementsAs employees, many interviewees are required to enter into confidentiality agreements with former or current employers. Under no circumstances should interviewees be induced or encouraged to breach existing confidentiality agreements.
Confidentialityconfluentes consultants are obliged to keep the identity of their clients or confidential information secret and not to disclose it unless the client expressly revokes the confidentiality clause in writing.
